You may need to assist a friend remotely with their computer issues? You may want to monitor your own devices remotely? You would need assistance by others?

There are many ways to connect to computers remotely. You may have heard about (or used) some of these tools already, just a few to mention: TeamViewer, Anydesk, Rustdesk, Remmina, RDC, Google Remote Desktop, etc. There are many way to do this, but all have some compromises, and on top, there are greedy companies behind them who will sooner or later disappoint you with their nag screens asking you to pay them money after a free bait period. Not only are they scrupulous, but their service is often limited to certain functions, not giving you the full power.

Dwservice comes to the rescue! This little-known company from Italy has the (IMHO) best version of this "remote desktop" solution, and while you can (and are encouraged to) support them in whatever financial way you can, they are generous enough to give you free access to their truly most intuitive and best remote support tool.

Here are some of the cool features they have which others lack:

1. You can choose to connect to a remote computer only once, or install it as an "agent" and access it later in the future, even without user interaction on the other side (if necessary).

2. You can access other devices without the need to install software on the control side: simply log in to your account and see a list of devices you wish to remote-control.

3. For a quick, ad-hoc help session the controlled device should only run a temporary software that gives only a one-time access to the computer: handy for quick help!

4. For long-term remote access to your running computers, phones, tablets or anything you can install the software, set a password and forget it: you will be able to access them via your login account.

5. There are more functions than just mirroring a remote screen and have access to the input-output devices remotely: you can quickly and directly copy files, share access, see system resource usage, etc.

Without further ado: check it out yourself and I hope you will like it. Peace
